Office Policies
To help us provide the best possible care and service to all our patients, we have established the following policies:
Appointments & Cancellations: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 24-48 hours’ notice. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.
Late Arrivals: We understand that delays can happen. If you are running late, please call our office so we can advise you on how to proceed. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure all our patients receive their full, dedicated treatment time.
